Figures variables VII is an artwork that makes reference to a tapestry from the 17th century depicting the baptism of Clovis by Saint-Remi, archbishop of Reims (late 5th century). The tapestry is kept and showcased at the Palace of Tau, the former residence of the archbishops of Reims. Cathedral of Notre-Dame, Palace of Tau and Former Abbey of Saint-Rémi have been UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1991.

Les Figures variables VII ist ein Werk, das sich auf einen Wandteppich aus dem 17. Jh. bezieht, der die Taufe von Chlodwig durch Bischof Remi (Ende 5. Jh.) darstellt und im Palais du Tau, dem ehemaligen Sitz des Erzbischofs von Reims, aufbewahrt und ausgestellt wird. „Die Kathedrale Notre-Dame, der Palais du Tau und die ehemalige Abtei Saint-Remi“ zählen seit 1991 als Baudenkmäler zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe.
